    PHOENIX EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (for persons with multiple barriers to employment)
    Type of Program or Service:
    The Phoenix Employment Program is a program for multi-barriered men & women. Phoenix customizes a program to incorporate each individuals' needs in:

    * Career planning & vocational assessment,
    * Counselling,follow-up & aftercare,
    * Use of technology,
    * Job search skills, drop-in services,
    * Referrals & support.

    Our in-house team expertise includes an extensive background in working with the most challenged & multi-barriered people and extends beyond the traditional models of employment programming.

    The program is designed for continuous intake, with services delivered through a combination of one-to-one, self-paced field assignments and peer/group work, for a duration of 4-6 weeks rotation.

    Workshops are delivered together with field assignments which assist participants to acquire, apply & integrate principles of life/work management.

    Eligibility: multi-barrierd persons who are unemployed, eligible to work in Canada & who reside in Surrey, Delta, or White Rock.
